1. Introduction

  1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Get Paid Like the Top 5% program, Stop People Pleasing, Burnout SOS Bundle, Freedom Fund, Lead A Team That Loves & Respects You, and Power Planning (the “Courses”).
  1.2 Please read this Agreement carefully as it sets out your legal rights and obligations.
  1.3 Company Information: The Courses are provided by Girlboss Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal business office located at 701 Fifth Avenue, Suite 6100, Seattle, WA 98104 (“Girlboss,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
  1.4 By enrolling in the Courses, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Approach

  2.1 We strive to provide high-quality content and customer support. Should we need to amend these Terms during delivery of the Courses, we reserve the right to do so, and you will be notified by email with as much notice as practicable.
  2.2 On successful enrollment, you will receive a copy of these Terms and your login credentials. For technical issues, please email support@girlboss.com with “Tech Query” in the subject line.
3. The Courses
  3.1 The Courses are an asynchronous, self-paced digital program. Once purchased, you will have immediate access to the following resources:
    3.1.1 Training videos with slide decks;
    3.1.2 Pre-written scripts and templates; and
    3.1.3 A Reflection & Action Master Workbook.
  3.2 The Courses are delivered entirely online. There are no live training sessions, group sessions, or one-on-one coaching components included in the Courses.
  3.3 The Courses are designed to provide you with tools, strategies, and guidance. While these resources have been successfully used by us and our clients, we do not guarantee any results or outcomes. Your success depends on your own efforts, commitment, and circumstances.
  3.These Courses do not include individualized support, feedback, or additional coaching unless purchased separately under additional terms.
4. Participant Commitments

  4.1 You agree to:
    4.1.1 Engage with the training materials in good faith;
    4.1.2 Preserve the intellectual property of Girlboss and refrain from sharing, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise disclosing the contents of the Courses to third parties.
  4.2 All intellectual property rights in the contents of the Courses are owned exclusively by Girlboss Holdings Inc. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation

  5.1 The fee for the Courses may vary over time depending on promotional periods. Payments are payable either in full upfront or in installments, as specified at checkout.
  5.2 Payment plans are offered for convenience but increase administrative costs; therefore, the total installment price may be higher than the one-time payment option. This does not constitute a penalty.
  5.3 All fees for the Courses are non-refundable, except where prohibited by law. Because participants receive immediate access to digital resources, you are not entitled to a refund or cancellation once purchase is completed, except where consumer protection laws in your state require otherwise.
  5.4 If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all installments, even if you cease participation.
  5.5 We reserve the right to cancel the Courses or your enrollment at our discretion, including for breach of this Agreement or failure to pay.
  5.6 From time to time, we may reduce the price of the Courses and provide a limited-time purchase price. In such instances, you will be provided with additional pricing information and a deadline to purchase at the lower price point. You must complete your purchase before the deadline to benefit from the reduced price. All other terms in this Agreement apply regardless of the price paid.
6. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability

  6.1 The Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  6.2 We disclaim all liability for decisions made or actions taken by you based on Courses content.
  6.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Courses.
  6.4 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities.
  6.5 References to “lifetime access” mean access for as long as the Courses remain available for sale by us and relevant to our program offerings, with a minimum guarantee of 90 days from your enrollment.
  6.6 No part of the Courses constitute medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.
  6.7 Any testimonials or endorsements we share are individual experiences and are not typical. Your results may vary, and we do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcomes.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
  7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  7.2 BY ENROLLING IN THE COURSES, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN DELAWARE, ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR FOR CLAIMS THAT QUALIFY FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST US.
  7.3 The parties waive any right to bring a lawsuit in court (except to enforce an arbitration award, to pursue a qualifying claim in small claims court, or as otherwise required by law).
